What is Voyager?
One monthly subscription that gives your profile, your calls and your Home more room. It turns on the moment you subscribe.
What happens to my things if Voyager ends?
Nothing you made is deleted. Voyager features rest until you come back, and then everything returns as you left it. Habitats you joined stay joined.
Does my badge remember how long I've been a Voyager?
It grows while your subscription keeps running. If it ends, the badge starts again from its first step when you return.
Why can't I open the manifolds?
The manifolds need Voyager, the desktop app, and a computer that passes the performance check. You can run the check yourself in Settings, under App and then home.
Does Voyager work everywhere?
Your profile, chat and call features follow your account. Your own Home world and the manifolds live in the desktop app.
How much does it cost?
$4.99 a month, shown in your local currency at checkout.
Who handles my payment?
Paddle handles payment and receipts. CometFare never sees your card.
How do I cancel?
From Settings, under Voyager. You keep Voyager until the end of the month you paid for.
What if my payment fails?
You keep Voyager for a few days while the payment is tried again.
Can I get a refund?
Email larisah@cometfare.com with your Paddle receipt. The details are on the refunds page.
